P&J Live, operated and managed by ASM Global, is Scotland’s newest live event venue and arena, boasting world-class conference and exhibition facilities that attract organisers and delegates from across the globe.  

The Aberdeen-based venue is state-of-the-art, encompassing 48,000 sqm of world-class, multi-purpose event space includes seven conference suites, five exhibition spaces, eleven meeting rooms, a superior 15,000 capacity arena, luxurious hospitality suites, a show deck, a VIP lounge, a high-end 150-seater restaurant.  All of these amazing spaces make P&J Live an extremely versatile venue able to host so many of our Event Collection Events. 

The purpose-built Baker Hughes Conference Hub provides the perfect environment in which to listen and learn, so organisers can be sure of an engaged audience. The venue caters for conferences and meetings of all sizes, offering adaptable spaces, breakout suites and registration areas.  These spaces make great team-building areas and allow for lots of different activities to be taken part in at once. Team Building Exercises

The venue prides itself in delivering delicious culinary experiences, tailored to suit a variety of audiences and dietary requirements. The in-house team of professionals have honed their skills over many years, crafting innovative menu choices that continually wow delegates and guests. The dining options at P&J Live are fabulous to finish off a day of team building exercises, or even before our evening entertainment events. 

The full site also comprises two on-site hotels, the adjoining 4-star Hilton with 200 bedrooms and the Aloft Hotel with 150 bedrooms – so plenty of opportunity to enjoy some downtime.  The access to hotels works really well for clients travelling up to Aberdeen for the event, there is lots of room for everyone to stay and make the most of their event. 

P&J Live is the most sustainable venue of its kind in the UK, boasting its own energy centre, which uses household food and garden waste from the local area, digests it before the resulting hydrogen gas is harvested and used to heat, cool and power the venue and the two hotels on site.  

With unrivalled public transport connections, P&J Live is located right next to Aberdeen International Airport, the UK’s most connected regional airport, just minutes from the Aberdeen western peripheral route, and in prime position for rail links between the city, the North of Scotland and the central belt.
