The Almondvale Suite at Livingston Stadium is a perfect venue for corporate events and training days. As well as a range of other Event Collection event types. Our large capacity conference space holds up to 200 people and is an extremely versatile venue. The space allows for larger groups which are great for Corporate Indoor Team-Building events. This would be ideal for our ‘Beat the Box’ event. This event involves a range of different puzzles and games, inside a chest, that teams must race to complete! ‘Beat the Box’ would be a huge crowd-pleaser, and Livingston Stadium would be a brilliant venue for it.

The event spaces can be set any way you like. This is to ensure your event, conference or gathering goes as smoothly as possible. The venue offers the choice of Banquet or Theatre style seating. Alternatively, it can be emptied if you require more space. Livingston Stadium is extremely client-focussed, so this is a huge selling point. We work with the venue to ensure all of your event needs are met.
Evening Events in West Lothian
The venue has 3 linked TV screens within the room for any presentations or PowerPoints. The screens can be easily linked to your own laptop. For clients who are looking to begin the day with a presentation, before finishing off the day with some Evening Events in West Lothian. Livingston Stadium has great ambience and makes for a great spot to host evening events. The room hire for the suite comes with the hire of room. It also comes with black table and chair covers and use of the linked TV’s and sound system. We are also able to provide you with amazing event theming, such as James Bond, Christmas, Halloween, and anything else you have in mind!
The venue is in the heart of Livingston and is easily accessible for all with plenty of parking on site and a train station 10 minutes away. This is fantastic for hosting guests from all over, with it also being just over 20 minutes’ drive to Edinburgh Airport. It is also completely wheelchair accessible.
The venue can provide an array of catering in the suite ranging from sit down meals to simple buffets, to street food or BBQs. As well as Breakfast items and refreshments such as Tea and Coffee. The stadium also has a bar which can be opened. This bar can accept cash, card or can run a tab.
