Competitive Team Building Events

Incorporating fun and exciting games with teamwork and communication, will leave your team feeling fulfilled and refuelled when returning to the workplace. After so long of working online and from home, it is really important that teams return to the office to rebuild their communication and relationships with coworkers and management. However, the Take me Back package does this in such a way, it is a day of playing classic TV game shows and solving different puzzles. Don't forget this is for the chance to win the ‘Event Collection’ trophy!

The event is delivered in a rotational format, allowing all the teams to compete against different people in each round. This is ideal for striking good conversations between team members and their competition. Thus subsequently creating a motivated and actively involved group. Kicking off with our energizer activities, these are sure to get everyone fired up and ready to go. These activities test different strategies and teamwork as the teams must race to lower to finish as quick as possible. The end goal is to be the first team to put points on the board in the quickest time. Sounds easy right? You’ll be in for a shock.

Team Away Days

This is a great opportunity for everyone to get comfortable with their teams and chat with people they may have never met before, or rarely get the opportunity to work with on past team away days. Then it’s on to the field to get stuck into the games provided. Our compere will keep the group entertained across the pa system and have spot competitions ready for all the teams, so keep yourselves on your toes and go out and have some fun!
