This team building activity is jam-packed with skills, cooperation and most importantly, togetherness!

Utilising group strengths and weaknesses this activity can help build leadership skills and improve Team Morale like no other. The Soapbox Derby challenge provides the perfect event for you and your team. It is the ideal chance to all get to know each other so much better. Each step uses different core principles of teamwork and forward-thinking. Combined with promoting a growth mindset and a good work ethic within the group. But that’s not all this activity is good for! It is also incredibly fun, can involve all the members of your team and will make sure everyone has a great time.

Soap Box Derby Team Building Challenge

Each team begins the event with a pedal-powered kart frame, along with a collection of raw materials they can use to design and shape their very own bespoke soapbox race kart. Do you have what It takes to make it to the starting grid? Time to find out as you race in the qualifying session, prior to the real thrill beginning. With 3 heats in total, this is bound to put your team to the test! Teams will race laps around the course and swap race drivers after each lap. This event is a great workout and gets your team pumped and ready to go. Stand by your car the wacky races are about to begin, ready, steady gooooooooo!
