Cooperative Team Building Event

In our day-to-day work lives, we form one small part of a process within a team. However, when we look closer at the other parts and the each team member, it’s clear to see how important everyone is. Each team member is crucial to the business and 'Big Picture' makes it evident how each person fits in.

Our aim when delivering this event is to empower everyone within the team. This is consequently achieved by helping them realise that their role within the company is essential to the overall success of the business. Within this event, every team will be given one small part of the masterpiece to create. It may be hard to envision at first, but everything becomes apparent. The huge puzzle is built together to make a beautiful ‘Big Picture’ and each piece eventually falls into place.

This event excels in including and supporting each and every team member. However, the strengthening of your group doesn't have to end here. Why not pair 'Big Picture' with one of our spectacular evening events, and let's get the party started! This event would be fantastic to be followed by our Thriller Dance Workshop, as they get to utilise all the skills they have worked on during the 'Big Picture' activity and show them off whilst practicing new dance moves!
